We are a Positive Behaviour For Learning (PB4L) school. Our values form a part of our school culture. They underpin all we do and expect within our school and community. Our values are the basis of our behaviour expectations at Waianiwa School.
Our school values are actively taught and reinforced on a daily basis within our classroom programmes.
We have a Rainbow Rewards PB4L system with students earning stamps on their rainbow rewards card for displaying our school values and stepped rewards at certain checkpoints.
